Biofreeze works absolutely so much better than any of the other pain relievers I've used in the past. There is menthol in this product but it evaporates quickly after you put the gel on. It cools to relieve the pain but doesn't get so hot like some of the pain relief products. The product also doesn't leave any greasy residue on your clothes.
